==Instructions== #Preheat oven to 350. #Lightly grease a 9"x5" loaf pan. #Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. #Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. #Add garlic, mushrooms, onion, celery, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until soft and juices have evaporated, about 10 minutes. #Stir the cooked vegetables, thyme, rosemary, and parsley into the bowl with the bread cubes. #Stir in about half of the parmesan cheese. #Whisk the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. #Pour the custard over the bread mixture, stirring to combine. #Transfer the bread mixture into the baking dish. #Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over top of the bread mixture. #Bake until set and the top is golden, about 35 minutes.
