=Filling= ==Ingredients== *1.5 lbs ground lamb *0.5 cups uncooked rice or bulghour, or a combination of the two *0.25 cups chopped parsley *1 tsp basil *1 tsp black pepper *1 tsp salt *1 medium yellow onion, chopped fine *grape leaves, as needed *ceyenne pepper, as needed ==Instructions== #Combine all ingredients. #Knead into dough, adding water as needed. #Take a leaf, rinse it in a water bath, and remove the stem. Place it flat with the coarse side up. #Take a large teaspoon of dough and place on leaf. #Roll the leaf, turning up the ends. #Place the rolled leaf in a casserole. #Repeat until out of dough or leaves =Broth= ==Ingredients== *1 can beef or chicken broth *8 oz crushed tomatoes *0.125 cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon) ==Instructions== #Combine all ingredients. #Pour over casserole. #Cover casserole and cook at 350F/180C for 1 hour.
