*Soft or melted butter&lt;br /&gt;
*Phyllo dough&lt;br /&gt;

==Instructions==&lt;br /&gt;
#Mix together first 6 ingredients in large bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
#Butter 16x9 baking dish.&lt;br /&gt;
#Unwrap phyllo dough and lay it on wax paper, cover it with plastic wrap and cover that with a damp towel. Each time you remove pieces of phyllo, cover the remaining phyllo with the plastic and damp towel or it will dry before you finish.&lt;br /&gt;
#Place a couple sheets of phyllo in the bottom of the pan, then brush gently with butter.&lt;br /&gt;
#Put on a couple more sheets and brush with butter again. Repeat until you&amp;#039;ve used 2/3 of the phyllo.&lt;br /&gt;
#Spread the filling over the phyllo.&lt;br /&gt;
#Again begin to put a couple sheets of phyllo, brush on butter, and repeat until you&amp;#039;ve used it up.&lt;br /&gt;
