Ingredients[edit]

  • 40 Asparagus Spears (about 2 lbs)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tap pepper
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions[edit]

Asparagus[edit]

  1. Preheat to 400F.
  2. Put asparagus on cooking tray.
  3. Drizzle on olive oil, tossing to coat
  4. Sprinkle on salt, grind on pepper
  5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Sauce[edit]

  1. Brown butter
  2. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic and soy sauce
