Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled or instant oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp honey

Blueberry Greek yogurt variation

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Chocolate coconut variation

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. Pour into a serving-size bowl or cup
  3. Cover and let sit for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator before serving
