Ingredients
- 155g all-purpose flour
- 114g unsalted butter, softened
- 75g granulated sugar
- 82g dark brown sugar
- 3g baking soda
- 2g salt
- 1 package vanilla extract
- 1 medium eggs (large in US)
- 170g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl
- In a large bowl, stir butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add egg and stir to combine.
- Gradually add flour as mixing
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Refrigerate dough for 2+ hours
- Preheat convection oven to 165C (175C for conventional oven)
- Lightly grease a sheet pan
- Use a teaspoon to drop batter on the sheet
- Bake for 12 minutes
- Cool for 3 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack for to fully cool for 20 minutes
