Ingredients

  • 1 lbs yukon gold potatoes in 0.5 inch dice
  • 0.125 cups sour cream
  • 0.125 cups butter
  • 0.166 cup milk
  • salt, as needed
  • pepper, as needed

Instructions

  1. Boil large pot of salted water.
  2. Add potatoes, cook until tender - about 20 minutes.
  3. Drain potatoes, let dry - about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Mash potatoes, add other ingredients.
  5. Reheat
