Makes 1.6 lbs. dough.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 lbs flour
- 2/15 oz yeast
- 10.7 fl oz warm water
- 0.35 oz salt
Instructions[edit]
- Combine flour and yeast. Add water and salt, mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Allow dough to rise by double, about 30 minutes.
- Fold the dough gently.
- Rise another 30 minutes.
- Fold again.
- Rise another 15 minutes.
