Makes 1.6 lbs. dough.

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 lbs flour
  • 2/15 oz yeast
  • 10.7 fl oz warm water
  • 0.35 oz salt

Instructions[edit]

  1. Combine flour and yeast. Add water and salt, mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Allow dough to rise by double, about 30 minutes.
  3. Fold the dough gently.
  4. Rise another 30 minutes.
  5. Fold again.
  6. Rise another 15 minutes.
