Ingredients[edit]
- 3 cups instant oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk, plus additional for serving
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease an 8x8" baking pan
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- In separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until blended
- Pour the mixture into the baking sheet
- Bake 40-45 minutes, or until set
- Serve warm with milk
