  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk, plus additional for serving
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions[edit]

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease an 8x8" baking pan
  3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  4. In separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until blended
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking sheet
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until set
  8. Serve warm with milk
