Ingredients[edit]

  • 1.5 lbs fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 0.25 cups white wine
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
