Ingredients[edit]
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 lbs fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 0.25 cups white wine
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit]
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place mushrooms in the skillet. Season with thyme, basil, and parsley. Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the wine and garlic to the skillet. Continue cooking until most of the wine has evaporated.
