Makes 4 fl oz
Ingredients[edit]
- 4 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 oz sugar
- 0.125 fl oz lemon juice
Instructions[edit]
- Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium.
- Simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved - about 10 minutes.
- Strain.
- Add additional sugar and lemon juice as needed.
