Ingredients[edit]

  • 4 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 0.125 fl oz lemon juice

Instructions[edit]

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium.
  2. Simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved - about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain.
  4. Add additional sugar and lemon juice as needed.
