Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lavender
  • Lemon slices
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with tin foil and drizzle it with olive oil.
  • Melt the butter in the microwave for 30s, and then mix it with the olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
  • Pour the olive oil and butter over the salmon fillet.
  • Sprinkle salt on the salmon to your liking.
  • Sprinkle ~3/4ths of the lavender over top of the salmon.
  • Line the lemon slices over top of the salmon.
  • Sprinkle the remaining lavender over the lemon slices as garnish.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
