Ingredients

  • 4 gal Apple Juicy Juice
  • 1.66 lbs Corn Sugar
  • 0.77 lbs White Sugar
  • 5 tsp Yeast Nutrient
  • 1 Nottingham Ale Yeast packet, rehydrated
  • 90g Priming Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine 1.5 gal juice and sugar, boil for 10 minutes
  2. Add rest of juice
  3. Cool to 72F
  4. Aerate and pitch yeast
  5. Ferment 2 weeks
  6. Bottle condition for at least 2 weeks

Measurements

  • OG: 1.065
  • FG: 0.999 - 1.001
  • ABV: 8.5%
