Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lavender
- Lemon slices
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with tin foil and drizzle it with olive oil.
- Melt the butter in the microwave for 30s, and then mix it with the olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet.
- Pour the olive oil and butter over the salmon fillet.
- Salt the salmon to your liking.
- Sprinkle ~3/4ths of the lavender over top of the salmon.
- Line the lemon slices over top of the salmon.
- Sprinkle the remaining lavender over the lemon slices as garnish.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until done to your liking.
