Ingredients

  • 4 gal Juicy Juice
  • 2.43 lbs Corn Sugar
  • 5 tsp Yeast Nutrient
  • 1 Nottingham Ale Yeast packet, rehydrated
  • 90g Priming Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine 1.5 gal juice and sugar, bring to boil and immediately remove from heat
  2. Add rest of juice
  3. Cool to 72F
  4. Aerate and pitch yeast
  5. Ferment 2 weeks
  6. Bottle condition for at least 2 weeks

Measurements

  • OG: 1.064
  • FG: 0.999 - 1.001
  • ABV: 8.5%
