Ingredients[edit]

Spice Mix[edit]

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne
  • black pepper

Other[edit]

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fish fillets

Instructions[edit]

  1. Mix together the spice mix
  2. Apply it to both sides of the fish
  3. Cook the fish in oil. Flip when blackened; each side should need 2-5 minutes.
