Ingredients[edit]

  • 0.75 lbs of broccoli and/or cauliflower florets
  • 0.5 cups chopped red onion
  • 0.5 cups chopped nuts
  • 0.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar

Instructions[edit]

  1. Put the broccoli, cauliflower, and chopped red onion in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and sugar.
  3. Pour the mayonnaise mix over top of the broccoli mix, and stir until well combined.
  4. Mix in the chopped nuts.
