4 large servings or 6+ small servings
Ingredients[edit]
- 0.75 lbs of broccoli and/or cauliflower florets
- 0.5 cups chopped red onion
- 0.5 cups chopped nuts
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp sugar
Instructions[edit]
- Put the broccoli, cauliflower, and chopped red onion in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and sugar.
- Pour the mayonnaise mix over top of the broccoli mix, and stir until well combined.
- Mix in the chopped nuts.
