Ingredients

  • 4.5 gal Juicy Juice
  • 2.43 lbs Corn Sugar
  • 5 tsp Yeast Nutrient
  • 1 Nottingham Ale Yeast packet, rehydrated
  • 90g Priming Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine water and sugar, bring to boil and immediately remove from heat
  2. Cool to 68F
  3. Aerate and pitch yeast
  4. Ferment 2 weeks
  5. Bottle condition for at least 2 weeks
