Masa Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 25 grams masa
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn

Instructions

  1. If the corn is frozen, microwave it for 30s to thaw.
  2. Whisk together milk, masa, sugar, and corn in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir the mixture in the saucepan over low until it has a dallop-like consistency.
