Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 parsley stems
  • 1 sprig of thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cracked peppercorns
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Place the spices in small square of cheesecloth.
  2. Tie the cheesecloth off with twine.
