Ingredients
- 4 gal Apple Juicy Juice
- 1.66 lbs Corn Sugar
- 0.77 lbs White Sugar
- 5 tsp Yeast Nutrient
- 1 Nottingham Ale Yeast packet, rehydrated
- 90g Priming Sugar
Instructions
- Combine 1.5 gal juice and sugar, bring to boil and immediately remove from heat
- Add rest of juice
- Cool to 72F
- Aerate and pitch yeast
- Ferment 2 weeks
- Bottle condition for at least 2 weeks

- OG: 1.065
- FG: 0.999 - 1.001
- ABV: 8.5%
