Asparagus with Balsamic Browned Butter

Ingredients[edit]
- 40 Asparagus Spears (about 2 lbs)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.125 tap pepper
- 2tbsp butter
- 2tsp soy sauce
- 1tsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions[edit]
Asparagus[edit]
- Preheat to 400F.
- Put asparagus on cooking tray.
- Drizzle on olive oil, tossing to coat
- Sprinkle on salt, grind on pepper
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sauce[edit]
- Brown butter
- Remove from heat and stir in balsamic and soy sauce
