Blackberry Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1.5 tbsp butter (onions)
- 1 tbsp butter (sauce)
- 0.75 cups blackberries
- 0.5 cups wine
- 0.5 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt
Instructions
- Chop the onion
- Caramelize the onion by putting it with butter and salt in a saucepan on low heat for about an hour
- In a separate saucepan, simmer the blackberries over butter.
- When the blackberries have broken apart, add the flour and then add some caramelized onions and the wine.
- Reduce
- Add salt and honey to taste
