Blackened Fish

Ingredients
Spice Mix
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cayenne
- black pepper
Other
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- fish fillets
Instructions
- Mix together the spice mix
- Apply it to both sides of the fish
- Cook the fish in oil. Flip when blackened; each side should need 2-5 minutes.
