Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled or instant oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp honey
Blueberry greek yogurt variation
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Chocolate coconut variation
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together in a large bowl
- Pour into a serving-size bowl or cup
- Cover and let sit for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator before serving
