Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients
- A 9 inch pie crust
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 0.5 cups shredded mozarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Bake weighted pie crust at 350F for 10 minutes
- Saute onion, garlic, and broccoli over 2 tbsp butter until soft - about 10 minutes
- Put vegetables in pie crust and top with cheese
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Pour egg mixture into crust
- Make at 350F for 40 minutes
