Yield[edit]

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients[edit]

  • 10 thin NYT No-Knead Bread slices
  • 5 garlic cloves, halved and peeled
  • 2 fl oz olive oil
  • salt, as needed
  • pepper, as needed

Instructions[edit]

  1. Arrange bread on baking sheet.
  2. Rub both side of each slice with garlic.
  3. Brush both sides of each slice with oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Brown in broiler.
  6. Flip and brown other side in broiler.
