Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 Onion
  • 1.5 tbsp butter (onions)
  • 1 tbsp butter (sauce)
  • 0.75 cups blackberries
  • 0.5 cups wine
  • 0.5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt

Instructions[edit]

  1. Chop the onion
  2. Caramelize the onion by putting it with butter and salt in a saucepan on low heat for about 40 minutes
  3. In a separate saucepan, simmer the blackberries over butter.
  4. When the blackberries have broken apart, add the flour and then add some caramelized onions and the wine.
  5. Reduce
  6. Add salt and honey to taste
