Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients[edit]
- A 9 inch pie crust
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1.25 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cups milk
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions[edit]
- Bake weighted pie crust at 350F for 10 minutes
- Saute shallot, garlic, and broccoli over 2 tbsp butter until soft - about 10 minutes
- Put vegetables in pie crust and top with cheese
- Whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Pour egg mixture into crust
- Make at 350F for 40 minutes
