Yield[edit]

1 small bowl

Ingredients[edit]

  • 14 oz can green chiles
  • 0.5 oz (14g) chiles de arbol
  • 1 tbsp corn oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

Instructions[edit]

  1. Boil the arbol for a minute, drain
  2. Blend the chiles and salt
  3. Once smooth, add the oil and blend more
