Yield

Makes 32 fl oz

Ingredients

  • 2 lb raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz sugar
  • 1 fl oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium.
  2. Simmer, stirring, until sugar is dissolved - about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain.
  4. Add additional sugar and lemon juice as needed.
