Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lbs yukon gold potatoes in 0.5 inch dice
- 0.125 cups sour cream
- 0.125 cups butter
- 0.166 cup milk
- salt, as needed
- pepper, as needed
Instructions
- Boil large pot of salted water.
- Add potatoes, cook until tender - about 20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes, let dry - about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Mash potatoes, add other ingredients.
