Ingredients
- 3 or 4 parsley stems
- 1 sprig of thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp cracked peppercorns
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Place the spices in small square of cheesecloth.
- Tie the cheesecloth off with twine.
