==Yield== Makes 4 ==Ingredients== *2 lbs ground turkey breast *4 scallions, finely chopped *.375 cups chopped parsley *1 tbsp grill seasoning *1 tsp poultry seasoning *2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil *1 apple, cut into 12 slices *8 slices extra-sharp cheddar *.25 cups cranberry sauce *2 tbsp grainy mustard *4 English muffins, split and toasted *8 leaves lettuce ==Instructions== #In a bowl, combine turkey, scallions, parsley, grill seasoning, and poultry seasoning. #Form into 4 patties, pressing your thumb into the center of each patty's center to prevent bulging. #In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. #Add the patties and cook each side for 6 minutes. #Top each with 3 apple slices and 2 cheese slices, tent the pan with foil, and cook until the cheese melts - about 1-2 minutes. #In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and mustard. #Slather the mixture on the muffin tops, pile lettuce on each bottom, and top with the patties.
