==Ingredients== * Some butter * Sea bass filets * 4oz dry white wine * 5oz vegetable stock * 5oz clam juice ==Instructions== #Pre-heat oven to 375F #Butter an oven-safe pan #Add the fish, wine, stock, juice to the pan #Heat on the stove until almost simmering #Cover the pan with parchment paper and transfer the pan to the oven #Cook for 12-30 minutes, depending on thickness
