Make 8 fl oz
Ingredients[edit]
- 0.375 oz minced shallots
- 0.5 oz butter
- 0.5 lbs sliced white mushrooms
- 1 fl oz (0.125 cups) dry white wine or Mac_and_Jack's
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) Demi-Glace
- salt, as needed
- black pepper, as needed
Instructions[edit]
- Sweat shallots over medium.
- Add mushrooms, saute until juices cooked away.
- Add wine, deglaze, reduce.
- Add demi-glace. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
