Yield
2-3 servings
Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into ~3/4 in pieces
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- handful of basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl
- Add the tomatoes and chopped basil to the bowl and mix
- Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving
