Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- 1 small avocado
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 2 eggs
- butter
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
- Grease a skillet with butter. Set it on low heat.
- Put the eggs into the skillet and cook as desired (sunny side up recommended). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of rye bread.
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop the contents into a bowl. Mash with a fork until spreadable.
- Spread the avocado evenly onto the slices of rye toast.
- Sprinkle the avocado with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the toast with avocado, and serve.
