Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 2 eggs
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions[edit]

  1. Grease a skillet with butter. Set it on low heat.
  2. Put the eggs into the skillet and cook as desired (sunny side up recommended). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the slices of rye bread.
  4. Cut the avocado in half and scoop the contents into a bowl. Mash with a fork until spreadable.
  5. Spread the avocado evenly onto the slices of rye toast.
  6. Sprinkle the avocado with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  7. Place the cooked eggs on top of the toast with avocado, and serve.
