Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
- Steamed Rice
- Handful of fresh baby spinach
- Toppings. Examples:
- Matchstick carrots
- Pickled Cucumbers
- Quick Pickled Onions
- Thawed frozen edamame
- Chopped green onions
- Pumpkin seeds
- Slivered or sliced almonds
- Chopped avocado
- Miso Dressing
- Salmon
Instructions
- Start by putting ~ 1/2 - 3/4 cup of warm steamed rice on each bowl or plate
- Follow with handful of fresh baby spinach
- Layer on whatever toppings you have.
- Pour Miso dressing over everything
- Finish with a serving of salmon on the top
