Garlic Croutons

Makes 10 servings
Ingredients
- 10 thin Baguette slices
- 5 garlic cloves, halved and peeled
- 2 fl oz olive oil
- salt, as needed
- pepper, as needed
Instructions
- Arrange bread on baking sheet.
- Rub both side of each slice with garlic.
- Brush both sides of each slice with oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Brown in broiler.
- Flip and brown other side in broiler.
