Makes 1 loaf.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 lb Basic Dough
Instructions[edit]
- Shape the dough. Let it rest, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Knead the dough.
- Place the dough, seam down, on baking surface. Let it rest, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Score the dough.
- Bake at 475F until golden brown - 15 to 20 minutes.
- Egg the bread if desired.
- Continue baking 5 minutes.
