Spinach

Ingredients[edit]
- 1 Large bunch spinach (0.5 lbs)
- Olive oil
- 1.5 cloves garlic, sliced
- salt, as needed
Instructions[edit]
- De-stem spinach, rinse.
- Saute garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high in large skillet.
- Add spinach, packing if needed. Turn a few times with spatula.
- Cover and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn spinach, cover again, cook one more minute.
- After 2 minutes, remove from heat. Add olive oil, salt.
