Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 Large bunch spinach (0.5 lbs)
  • Olive oil
  • 1.5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • salt, as needed

Instructions[edit]

  1. De-stem spinach, rinse.
  2. Saute garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high in large skillet.
  3. Add spinach, packing if needed. Turn a few times with spatula.
  4. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Turn spinach, cover again, cook one more minute.
  6. After 2 minutes, remove from heat. Add olive oil, salt.
