Ingredients[edit]
- 4 lbs arugula
- 2 fl oz olive oil
- 0.5 oz minced shallots
- 2.5 tsp minced garlic
- salt, as needed
- black pepper, as needed
Instructions[edit]
- Rinse and drain arugula.
- Saute shallots in oil.
- Add and saute the arugula.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
