Ingredients[edit]

  • 4 lbs arugula
  • 2 fl oz olive oil
  • 0.5 oz minced shallots
  • 2.5 tsp minced garlic
  • salt, as needed
  • black pepper, as needed

Instructions[edit]

  1. Rinse and drain arugula.
  2. Saute shallots in oil.
  3. Add and saute the arugula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
