Hash Browns

Makes 10 servings.
Ingredients[edit]
- 4 lbs potatoes
- 2 fl oz butter or fat
- salt, as needed
- ground black pepper, as needed
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions[edit]
- Scrub and peel potatoes.
- Boil potatoes 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes.
- Dry potatoes by cooking in 300F oven for 5 minutes.
- Heat fat on medium-high frying pan.
- Grate potatoes and add to pan.
- Add seasoning.
- Saute until done.
- Add parsley and serve.
