Ingredients[edit]

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 0.5 lbs sugar
  • 0.5 tsp fresh nutmeg
  • 1 cups half and half
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups jamaican rum
  • 0.5 cups cognac
  • 0.5 cups bourbon
  • 0.125 tsp kosher salt

Instructions[edit]

  1. Beat yolks, sugar, and nutmeg until light
  2. Combine dairy, booze, and salt in another bowl
  3. Slowly beat second bowl into eggs
  4. Age for 2-8 weeks
