Fish Soup

Ingredients[edit]

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 leek, white and light green parts, sliced
  • 1 container clam juice
  • 2 cups (?) veg broth
  • 2 cups (?) water
  • 1 carrot, sliced thin
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 8 oz white fish, cubed
  • 10 shrimp, shelled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cream
  • Fresh chives and dill

Instructions[edit]

  1. Saute leeks and garlic.
  2. Add the liquids, carrot, and celery; bring to boil
  3. Whisk in the flour
  4. Add the seafood and bring back to a boil
  5. Add salt, pepper, cream. Combine and stir in herbs.
