Makes 2 5-oz cups
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 oz 90% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions[edit]
- Heat milk over medium for 4 minutes
- Add sugar and dissolve - about 30 seconds
- Add chocolate and dissolve- about 3 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in cream
