Makes 2 5-oz cups

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 oz 90% dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions[edit]

  1. Heat milk over medium for 4 minutes
  2. Add sugar and dissolve - about 30 seconds
  3. Add chocolate and dissolve- about 3 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream
